What equipment comes with the mobile filling team and what does it do?

In a nutshell, our esteemed filling team gets your liquid into cans and ready for pack-off. 
 
Our filling unit includes desalinization methods, a date coder, filler and seamer, an in-line tech applicator, and a pack-off table. We use a CODI counter-pressure canning line with 6 fill heads and a fully mechanical seamer.  

We also perform routine seamer inspections during the filling process. 

We do not pack off into cardboard boxes or stack pallets. It’s you’re responsibility for providing staff who can receive the cans off the end of the line and pack them into your already-sourced cartons. Generally, people have 2-3 people available to perform pack off and boxing.
