In short — everything you need to get your liquid into cans and ready for pack-off. Here’s what arrives on site with our team:
Our mobile filling unit runs on a CODI counter-pressure canning line with 6 fill heads and a fully mechanical seamer. It’s a proven, reliable setup that we know inside out. The unit includes:
- Deaeration — removes oxygen from the liquid before filling to protect product quality and shelf life
- Date coder — stamps each can with your required best-before or production date
- Filler and seamer — fills and seals your cans with precision
- In-line TechPak applicator — applies PakTech multipack carriers directly on the line
- Pack-off table — the final station where cans come off the line ready for boxing
We also carry out routine seamer inspections throughout the filling run to make sure everything stays dialled in from start to finish.
One important thing to plan for: Pack-off and palletising is your responsibility. Our team doesn’t box cans into cartons or stack pallets — you’ll need to have staff on hand to receive cans off the end of the line and pack them into your pre-sourced cartons. Most customers find that 2–3 people at the pack-off end keeps things running smoothly and keeps pace with the line.
