HOW MUCH WASTAGE IS NORMAL FOR A FILLING RUN?
After nearly a decade of mobile filling runs across Australia, minimising wastage is something we’ve worked hard to get right — and it shows.
On a standard filling run, you can expect wastage of around 3–5% using our genuine counter-pressure filling units. Based on consistent customer feedback, this is significantly lower than what most other mobile canning operators produce — particularly those using gravity or atmospheric filling techniques, which are less precise by nature.
Counter-pressure filling is the gold standard for a reason. By equalising pressure between the liquid and the can before filling, it reduces foaming, protects carbonation, and keeps product loss to a minimum.
That said, filling is a live process — and from time to time, unexpected events or machinery issues can occur. When they do, we work closely with our customers to find the best possible outcome. That’s not just a line — it’s how we’ve operated since day one.
