HOW MANY LITRES CAN YOU FILL IN ONE DAY?

On a standard single filling day, our mobile canning line can efficiently fill between 5,000 and 5,500 litres of liquid — that’s roughly 40–50 cans per minute under good conditions.

For larger runs, multi-day bookings can push output into the tens of thousands of litres, making it a viable option for brands scaling up production without the overhead of a fixed facility.

Filling speed can vary depending on a few key factors — primarily your liquid’s temperature and carbonation conditions, and your CO₂ infeed flow and pressure. This is another reason why having your product cold, carbonated, and ready to go before we arrive makes such a difference to the efficiency of your run.
