SCHEDULING A PALLET PICKUP
To arrange a pickup of your pallets, get in touch with your Customer Partner and we’ll get something organised. Once a truck is available in your area, we’ll send it your way — just keep in mind that we’re unable to guarantee exact timing, so a little flexibility goes a long way.
Getting your pallets ready for pickup
Before our driver arrives, please make sure everything is packed and prepared correctly. For everyone’s safety — and to keep your order moving — our drivers are unable to collect pallets that aren’t properly secured. It’s a quick job done right that saves a lot of hassle on the day.
Here’s what we need from you:
- Cardboard slip sheets must be strapped and wrapped together
- Plastic collars must be strapped and wrapped together
- Pallets can be stacked neatly for easy loading and strapped down securely
- Mixed loads (pallets, cardboard slip sheets, and collars together) — these absolutely must be strapped and wrapped together before pickup
