To schedule a pickup of your pallets please contact your Customer Partner.

Once a truck is free and available we will be able to send it past, unfortunately we cant guarantee timings of this.

Please use the following document to prepare your stack of pallets correctly for safe transport. Our drivers won’t be able to pickup pallets that are not prepared safely and correctly.

Pallets must be;

1. Cardboard slip sheets must be strapped and wrapped together
2. Plastic collars must be strapped and wrapped together
3. Pallets can be stacked neatly for easy loading and can be strapped down securely in the truck
4. If you have a mix of pallets, cardboard slipsheets, and collars – these MUST be strapped and wrapped together
