How to change an order
If you have placed an order on the online portal and need to make a change to either your delivery date, volume of the order, delivery location, cancel your order or upload artwork please use our Change Order Form.
- Enter your name, email and company
- Enter the SO number the change order relates to.
- Select what you need to change;

4. Update the field you need updated, for eg if you need a new delivery date just update that field.

5. You will receive a confirmation of your change to your inbox immediately. If there is any problems our orders team will be in touch.
