How to change an order

If you have placed an order on the online portal and need to make a change to either your delivery date, volume of the order, delivery location, cancel your order or upload artwork please use our Change Order Form.

  1. Enter your name, email and company
  2. Enter the SO number the change order relates to.
  3. Select what you need to change;

4. Update the field you need updated, for eg if you need a new delivery date just update that field.

5. You will receive a confirmation of your change to your inbox immediately. If there is any problems our orders team will be in touch.
