For East Coast Canning & Printing to come to your site for filling, we need a few key pieces of equipment and site needs to operate effectively.
These include;
- A clear working space of 7.1m x 2.1m for our machine
- Unloading area suitable for reversing a Mercedes sprinter van and dropping tail gate ramp down
- 32amp or 20amp 3 phase power socket
- A Co2 source
- Bulk compressed air
- Water sources with a garden tap
- Hoses long enough to reach from product source to our machine. We use 1.5 inch Tri Clover fittings.
- Adequate drainage around the machine set up area
- Product stored in kegs or tanks
- Access to hot water
- Caustic and sanitizer products
